Mr. Zouhaïr BENNANI, Chairman and CEO of LabelVie Group addresses his customers. He reassures on the sanitary security of the Group’s stores and the availability of goods. He also appeals to the responsibility of citizens to respect the measures of containment.
Dear customers,
In the context of this international health crisis, the social and societal impact of which is considerable, our LabelVie Group has made it a priority to protect our employees, our customers and our partners and to ensure the availability of goods in our stores on a daily basis.
Faced with this unprecedented situation, we have put in place a strict sanitary system to serve you with complete peace of mind in all our stores, Carrefour, Carrefour Market and Atacadao.
Our employees, wherever they work (in our stores, our platforms, our offices or in telecommuting) follow rigorously the hygiene instructions and have adopted the barrier gestures.
Our stores (our checkout lines equipped with Plexiglas panels, carts, baskets), our furniture and our common areas are regularly disinfected by specialized service providers.
Our shelves are restocked several times a day and I would like to reassure you that our stock levels are sufficient for the coming months and that our logistics chain is not affected in any way.
I am proud of LabelVie Group’s employees and I salute them for their commitment, their mobilization and their solidarity.
My gratitude also goes to the public forces, to the professionals of the health and daily services who, like us, are on the ground to ensure the services of first necessity.
I would like to take this opportunity to remind everyone to adopt barrier measures and to respect the containment measures.
